Very poor managment, managment changed 6 times in a year, was not concerned for resident safety or their personal property. Would not deal with again. The security patrols were removed, garbage unsecured, lots of homeless breaking into car, car burnt to the ground. All of that does not refelect caring for safery of teanents to save a few dollars with removjng security patrols.

John Hankins, did such a great job in guiding us through our commercial purchase which was unknown and very stressful process to us. However, because John is very knowledgeable at what he does all the stress was eliminated. He found us an excellent deal, also he helped us with finding good financing. He didn't leave us after the deal was signed and cared about us all the way to the closing day. He treated our deal and it's details as if it was his own. I signed up a two year lease with this office and specifically Jerry Van Valles. After i signed up and moved in, it became obvious that they are willing to sink to the lowest level in the pursuit of making money. They rented three commercial units in Errington to `legal` pot growing operations without any concern for the health of anyone around. Everything was covered up, no tenants informed until one morning the smell became so unbearable that questions started to arise what was going on in the adjoining units. This office has basically washed its hands of the issues as they have recieved their commission and moved on to their next victims. I am now stuck with a two year lease having invested almost $20,000 into what I hoped would be a successful venture whilst breathing fumes causing unknown health issues due to the lack of care by DTZ.
