Laura was recommended to us by friends. On a vacation (we lived on the mainland) we called her and met up with her and she showed us a couple of places. She got a good fix on what we were looking for and a few weeks later a notification of what looked like a lovely home popped up on our phones. My wife immediately responded and since the market was so hot, Laura arranged for a FaceTime walkthrough of the property. That qualified us for a second showing which we did in person the next day and made an offer the same day. Throughout, Laura guided us gently, advised us and made the process upbeat and crystal clear.
