I would truly give Julien a 10/10. We had a very complicated buying situation as first time home buyers and I was living on the mainland at the time further complicating things. But Julien was so supportive the entire way through and sensitive to my time constraints. He was also incredibly in tune with what we wanted. He was great at gathering info on what we liked, and I was surprised when he said "oh I think this house may be the one" he was spot on. It absolutely was the perfect house for us. Our negotiations also got complicated quickly and Julien totally had our back actually exceeding my expectations for what I thought we could reasonably get out of the seller. He was so incredibly knowledgeable which helped so much because I know nothing about buying a house or doing any of the financial pieces. Julien is the kind of guy who returns your call no matter what and answers your emails immediately. He was so responsive it was truly a breeze working with him!
