During the initial stages of our planned move to Vancouver Island, a real estate acquaintance in Nanaimo recommended we contact Bryn Johnson, another realtor who lived in Oceanside (eastern coast of Vancouver Island north of Nanaimo) to assist with our house search in the Nanoose Bay to Qualicum Beach area. We first contacted Bryn to see if he would be interested in working with us remotely on our house search as we were particular about what we wanted and once we’d explained our requirements, he agreed to work with us in finding a house.
