While we were looking for a home in Nanaimo, we also looked in Courtenay at the same time and Jim would immediately drive there if we needed to look at a house. He made a point of filtering out those houses which he knew we wouldn't want, thus saving us time and effort. He even remembered to check on his phone the direction of the sun at each house we viewed! It's hard to put into words my experience with Graeme and the Parker team. I bought my very own first home with Graeme and Brayden and my experience couldn't have been better. Not only did Graeme find me the PERFECT home, both him and Brayden made the experience so easy and stress free. Coming in from Vancouver, I had only a short time to make a purchase. My calls/texts/emails were responded to immediately and when I arrived on the island my time wasn't wasted on viewings that weren't suitable. Within 3 days, I had a "deal". As realtors no idea, i went and viewed an open house and the the realtor showing the place kept on referring to the neighbors as noisy neighbors. Personally I'd think they could be prospective clients and i wasnt impressed by being called a noisy neighbors. I would think twice before using them because of it.
