Thanks to her prowess for negotiation, my offer was accepted in a bidding war and the road to closing the sale was stress-free for me with the help of the highly capable inspectors and notary she recommended. It’s been about 2 weeks since I took possession of the property. When I’m in it, I still marvel at how it’s in such a well-appointed area that fit my budget which I got a lot sooner than I thought; this is testament to how good Samara is at what she does.
