I was blown away by the professionalism and the way Berdagi Group at Re/Max handled my case...I had my eye on a condo and had called in, I was told an agent will be assigned to me and will call me back in the next 24hrs.Instead an agent by the name of Pierre-Yves Lamarre called in the same day (even better), explained that the condo I was looking at was sold but he had something else to offer that it actually ended up being much better than my first choice, the new condo the agent had in mind had a garage included as well in the deal and at a more or less the same price tag as the initial one, same location/same condo building design. I got the condo, but it was all taken care of by Pierre-Yves, starting from the inspection company to mortgage specialist and the notary ( to meet soon for final transaction paper signature). All I have to say it's that this guy it's truly amazing, not only was he available any time of the day and evening (because I work late shifts) but he would go ahead and make a phone call to the mortgage specialist, book an appointment with the inspection inc. and so on, all I had to do was e-mail my documents and the rest was taken care of. Very happy with the service provided by the Berdagi Group. Their agent, Pierre-Yves Lamarre it's a true pro, very professional, enthusiastic, a go-getter, doesn't let you worry about a thing, he handles everything from A to Z. He was even able to delay the buying contract deadline, because of a personal issue that I had to take care of first. This guys are the best-"la crème de la crème"! When I was looking for an agent for the sale of my house, it was between Pierre-Yves Lamarre and another agent from another firm. I was undecided as the other agent talked a "good game" over the phone while Pierre-Yves was more matter of fact and to the point.
