Horrible management, Very rundown apartments, dirty land around apartment nothing like their photos.. BIG ANT PROBLEM, been that way more than 3 years.. doesn't do anything about it. Superintendent doesn't do anything and often goes into your apartment without telling you. Doesn't follow the rental board rules. Very happy to be out of those apartments. I would strongly not recommended these apartments to live!

Je lui ai dit "Bonjour, j'appelle pour le logement à louer sur le boulevard Gouin" et elle m'a coupé en me disant d'un ton vraiment bête : " C'est fermé ça ouvre juste à 11h." et elle a raccroché sans rien dire. Vraiment là? Il ne faut pas répondre si c'est fermé alors! Ou soyez poli au moins! À voir les avis, il s'agit probablement de la même concierge qui a parlé bête à plusieurs personnes puisqu'il s'agit de la même adresse de location ...

(Original) Lorsque nous sommes venus visiter l'appartement tout était beau refait à neuf, ils devaient réparer la barrière du balcon et ajouter les grilles au fenêtres. Quand nous avons emménagé, surprise: pleins de fourmis partout, les grilles toujours pas installées jusqu'aujourd'hui (après 3 ans), malgré les plaintes déposées au bureau de Maria. De plus, la barrière du balcon et la porte ont mis 2 ans pour être réparées. Par contre, pour demander l'argent du loyer il n'y a pas de délais... Avec tout ceci, ils augmentent le loyer sans prévenir, comment cela peut être possible? Malheureusement la régie défend plus les locateurs. Par ailleurs, mauvaise gestion et communication entre Maria et le bureau qui a tout le temps des informations erronées...c'est vraiment une très mauvaise expérience !!

Je peux confirmer sans exagération qu'il est impossible, je dis bien impossible de passer une seule journée ensoleille’ sans être obligé de subir les bruits d'une famille qui n'a aucun sens du bon voisinage.Elle occupe toujours les espaces communs comme si c'étaient son jardin privé, y installent leurs tables et ramènent plein de monde. Leurs enfants ne jouent pas comme des enfants normaux, ce qui serait supportable, mais crient tout le temps. Je me suis plaint auprès du concierge, sa réponse était qu'il ne peut pas empêcher des enfants de jouer. Bien je pense que le parking arrière n'est pas un terrain de jeux et qu'il faudra peut-être attendre qu'un jour un enfant se fasse renverser par une voiture pour qu'il comprenne que les municipalités créent des jardins publiques et des parcs pour éviter justement ce genre de situation. Après le bruit de la journée de cette famille, c'est le bruit le soir du fils du concierge Maria et ses invites qui commence vers 4 h du matin et se termine vers 6 ou 7h accompagne' des fumées des cigarettes et autres choses... Donc, nous passons nos nuits à ouvrir et fermer les fenêtres à cause des fumées et du bruit. Et souvent nous passons nos journées fatigués à cause du manque de sommeil. Là aussi je me suis plaint plusieurs fois mais en vain. J'attends personnellement impatiemment la fin de mon bail pour quitter.

I was treated in a very bad way,the concierge her name is Maria spoke to me in an unacceptable way .l was asking her about garage contract information and she said she doesn't have time for me ,l felt l was treated as a slave not as a tenant paying all this money each month .I really regret choosing this building at 9840 boulevard Gouin ouest ,Pierrefonds which is full of ants that ruined everything in the apartment .
