Very unimpressed with Chris Musial and his professionalism in the real estate business. Chris is representing one of his family members in the sale of some vacant land, our agent approached Chris to purchase one of the plots and advised him of our maximum budget, which he stated should be acceptable. I took time off work to travel to the site and walk with Chris for almost an hour and paid close to $400 for an appraisal on my home to get the funding. We submitted and offer which was countered at $5000 more than our budget plus HST. There had been no mention of HST up to this point and this put the offer at $21,000 over our budget. They were firm on this pricing and we rejected the offer. If Chris had of been up front about their expectations and addition of HST in the price it would have saved myself time/money and not wasted the time of my agent and mortgage broker.

Agent Matt Sellars booked a viewing of my property and failed to show up or even call to advise he wasn't going to attend. He said he wasn't used to dealing with Property Guys and chuckled saying his clients already found another property. This very unprofessional... As we all know it takes a fair amount of prep time to get a house ready for a showing... Lack of respect.

0/5 Stars Had the unfortunate displeasure of working with Norma Aube while buying our first house. We made a huge move from Ontario to New Brunswick, and during the travel restriction we trusted her to be our eyes and act in our best interests. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE! We were pressured into so many houses we didn't like ( luckily losing out of them) but when we did find this one we were assured it was "so cute and cozy" "very nice little place". the exact opposite was true. The house is older than the Province itself it seems we were only given 1 very impromptu "video walk through" where she couldn't even work her phone and focus on anything for more the 3 seconds. after 5 mins it was over and we didn't even get to see the entire house " the stairs were a bit too much to bother with I guess. She even recommended our home inspector Jerry LeBlanc.(which was another disaster in itself When we did finally arrive the house was far from cute. covered in cobwebs and clearly not clean in over 10 years(whatever). There is so much damage to the walls, stairs ceiling, basement, plumbing, electrical, water damage in the walls and roof. We are completely F***ed. Thanks a lot Norma!

Being new to the area and in search for a property, we accidentally came across Mr. Wayne Woodman. Our experience with him was perfect, he was patient and calm, understanding and was never too busy to assist in anyway possible. We had many house viewings before we finally purchase a property and not once did Wayne complain or showed anger in making him trek through snow and heat to those different locations. Very nice place, absolutely terrible management. Rent price was increased after we viewed the apartment, put in our application and put notice in at our old apartments so we had no choice but to accept it. After moving in our dishwasher stopped working, 5 weeks and 7 conversations with the management later and it's still not even been looked at.

Not a very responsive realtor, doesn’t answer emails, doesn’t return phone calls, hard to get a hold of and when you do not very good on the phone. Takes a couple of reminders to provide information and doesn’t follow up. Will not use her to buy and will definitely not use her to sell.

I contacted an Agent by the name of Sara Allen over 2 years before we moved here. She was super helpful during that time investigating many homes we were looking at. As well as listening to us to recommend areas that would suite my family. Then Covid hit just as I was about to fly out and view properties. Sara Allen went to a number of homes with her phone to " video tour" them. We ended up buying in Fall River and could not be happier...not just with our home but with our new friend Sara! While I haven't sold or bought a house through royal lepage, I did witness Jane wile treat a tenant, of the house she is selling, as if the tenants were not even people. When asked questions about what she was dropping off she was condescending orblatantly ignored questions entirely. There is no reason for anyone to treat someone that way and for this reason I will never go through royal lepage.

Used Roxanna to sell my home. Very nice person but poor service as an agent and many mistakes from her support people. Sign took long to be installed, brochure not available until weeks after listing, brochure had many typos and looked childlike, and mls listing and brochure information did not match. Also fairly hard to get a hold of. I would not recommend or use them again.
