Don't know how to best describe my experience with them, Adnan was there anytime I needed him, in this market you need an agent available anytime you need them as houses just fly once posted on the platform, and Shahid Khawaja was there even at 11 pm to see the house that I actually ended up purchasing because you need to see the house right away and place an offer right the next day!!! Adnan was professional, on time, flexible, enthusiastic, HONEST (which is rare these days), and above all, smart (he knows how to get you the right house for you, and how to win competition). I highly recommend him!

Shahid met with us the same day we showed an interest in engaging his Real Estate Brokerage to represent us in selling our current home and purchasing our next home. Very bad experience; realtor Ayyaz Khan misguided us by making false claims, did not fulfil his commitments and made us close the deal saying the issues with the property will be taken care by the brokerage if the seller doesn't do it in three days. Not a single issue was resolved and even the Shahid Khawaja didn't respond to the complaint. Also to mention here the property bought was their own listing. Ayyaz played around just verbally and did nothing. He is a non-courteous realtor and will never recommend to anyone.
