Incredibly happy with this company! I had the please of working with Gus Kaillis to find my wife and I’s very first home! He was extremely patient and never made us feel rushed. He always reassured us that our home will pop up and not to rush. Which is super helpful in a market that makes you feel like you have to settle in order to find a home. He drove to many different houses and spend weekends and evenings making sure we saw the homes we wanted to. He also was available anytime for questions or concerns. Quite disappointed with this brokerage. They scheduled my viewing at the same time as someone else's viewing of a property which is unprofessional at regular times, let alone in a pandemic (listing agent was Glenn White). I ended up purchasing the property and when I went to drop off a deposit cheque, I was informed the recipient was named incorrectly. Incredibly frustrating as I followed Search Realty's deposit instructions exactly. Their own deposit form was evidently mistaken. After getting a second deposit cheque and successfully depositing it, I spoke with Search Realty's accounting department who refused to reimburse me for the cost of the second deposit cheque. Highly unprofessional experience with this company.

Breonnie Galloway is your worst representation. Lack of communication and poor negotiating skills almost left us homeless. We purchased a home Breonnie had on a market and sold our home within days...no conditions. Brionnie called us few weeks later and advised seller was backing out as she misrepresented the contract. Lack of action left us in position to knock on sellers door and close the deal on our own. Office manager not supportive. Both buyer and seller had a very poor experience. ***Thanx for the note. I appreciate that you would like my review removed. However, the seller was so upset that he stopped corresponding with Brionnie completely. We were left in the dark for weeks as she was not able to source any info. Yes deal closed, but only because we raised our offer and engaged legal representation. We had to, otherwise there would be a chain of legal disputes. Brionnie did not close the deal as per original contract. Thus I stand by my review.
