I just entered their open house and talked to Salma where somehow I promised her she could come to my house for evaluation. The moment Raj Puri shook hands with me and gave his listing presentation I was convinced of selling my house and buying a new one too. I must confess I was impressed with his knowledge. I thought with researching on Realtor.ca, I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and what buying a home is like – but it wasn’t as simple as I thought. He’s completely open to hearing what you have to say and continues to listen whole heartedly even when the next day you’re saying something completely different. So I did not officially use an agent from this company however when I put an offer on a home Fazal Mahida was the listing agent. When I put an offer of the home, Fazal told my agent there were no other registered offers. I loved the property (19 Goodsway). Due to the fact that Fazal told my agent no other buyers had registered to put in offers, my agent suggested we put in an offer that would allow us to bargain. While I felt apprehensive about offering something below the listed price because I loved the property, I thought I'd be a shoe in to get the home (remember Fazal said there are no more offers). When the time expired on my offer, I was expecting that Fazal would come back with a counter and I contacted my agent. Fazal ignored his calls and in cowardice made a colleague tell my realtor he was speaking to his client still. My agent tried to reassure me that this was all a part of the process and they'd speak in the morning. To my surprise, my agent called me this morning at 9:15 to let me know the seller accepted another offer. Another offer????? This information was not disclosed to me. Had I known that I had competition, I wouldn't have allowed my agent to talk me in to going lower than listed price. My agent has filed a complaint with RECO and I hope that Fazal is fined or has his license suspended. Fazal you are deceptive and I hope that no one uses you again.

I say this because of the way we met and the entire process. From the first day we met Abhishek we knew without a doubt he was the right agent for us. From the stunning staging and photography of our property, negotiating with the buyer’s agent, working out the mortgage, connecting with a competent law firm, etc just name it, Abhishek did/coordinated everything so seamlessly. Not only did Abhishek sell our 1 bedroom condo in literally 1 week at almost asking price and he also found us a new beautiful house in one of the most desired/fast growing communities in Ontario. Not only that, the new property was also within our budget as that was something we stressed to Abhishek endlessly as we are penny pinchers haha. To be real and transparent any disappointments we had whether with an issue, or we were “pissed” about something, just name it we made sure to address it with Abhishek. Though there may have been tension during those times which was rarely occurred, but when it did, Abhishek still never once expressed frustration, anger or disrespect. He was always “real” but with the utmost respect. Like I said I can write a novel, but since there’s a character limit I’ll have to end it here. Save Max is a company that doesn't care a bit about the client that is listing with them. All they care about is the $ they are making at the end of the sale. Mr. Raman Dua and the company he runs SaveMax they both are total fraud. We listed our house with his Save Max for sale and it stayed in the market for more than a month with no offers. We had lots of showing and the open house was filled with other realtor clients, even with that we got no offers. After 5 weeks with SaveMax we planned to terminate the contract and out of the blue we got an offer via Save Max. Now this was very shady, all of a sudden an offer it was well below the listing price we were ok with it too. That took another 5 days to process, then the client dropped the ball, we were so exhausted we wanted to call it quit with Save Max and the last day of contract termination another offer well below the listed price. Save Max thought we would just accept the offer we rejected it ended the contract with them. We listed the houst with REMAX the week after and sold it in 4 days for a very good price. Mr. Raman Dua is a first call crook tring to maximize his commission both ways. I would never recommend his service or this company. Dont fall for fake reviews most of the 5 stars review are from his employees

Avtaar Chinna the worst realtor in brampton. Not a man of his words. He told me to move in the place and later on when I moved in the place he made me move out of the house without any notice and brought another client to show up the room.He told me to stay in the motel even though I paid the full rent and agreed to the terms and conditions. Really unprofessional person in his field.He is a fraud person.All he can do is just make you indulge in his talks and then takes the rent and after taking the rent he argues with the client and start being rude with the client.

I was searching for a suitable home in GTA region for a long time, but whatever home I saw through various real estate brokers were missing some criteria ( Location , size , neighborhood etc.) and I had almost gave up buying plan. Be careful with what Mr.Dua said. This guy is crook and deceptive. His office is at plaza near Tim Hortons at Kennedy Rd. Brampton, across the Oriental mall. I met this guy once and ALMOST bought a property from him, After he showed me the property, we sat in the coffee shop nearby and all of a sudden there were 2 Indian guys with turban showed up and joined our coffee table. Then he placed the document on the desk, filled some info and my name and told me to just sign to acknowledge the showing today, it was not agreement, no commitment, no obligation, so nothing to worry about. But I saw the document head was AGREEMENT of PURCHASE !!! my gut told me this is fishy so I told him that I have to discuss with my spouse first before signing anything. After I left I think over and I discovered that the price he told me was $ 50,000 higher than the listing price.Besides, those 2 guys seemed to be a set up as the witness if I signed. ...........Buyer beware !!! (there are many agents around...no need to bother this crook)

Buyer Watch out from this Company, they only cares about their commission and they teach their team how to steal money out of people pockets. They tell you lies and really poor communications. Make sure you get everything in detail writing in your agreement. I have lot of evidence their miss behave and how they try to manipulate people. Their realty and management team gives you false hope for numerous items and fixing problems and after closing they left you in dark and fool you around by saying that you will not get property similar to this. management don't teach their agents well or not paying well and because of that they will make you buy something quick and left you. I would like to place on record and reiterate my heart-felt thanks over the professionalism displayed by Raj Puri team from Save Max in the selling of my property within a time record especially at a point of time when the market is slowing down and the price of properties is plummeting to the utter shock of potential sellers. Many people tend to believe that they need to solicit the service of seasoned Realtors to sell their properties. In my opinion, this is a myth and I shall try to give plausible and verified reasons to support and justify my statement. . I have always been enlisting the service of Realtors who are not known to me for my previous properties. As regard the last one, I met Mr Mohit Goraya, a complete stranger to me . I listened to him carefully and what he has to offer in term of assurances for selling my property. It is worthy of note that in the course of this conversation, I was infact making an assessment over his ability to perform and it does not take me a lot of time to know that Mr Mohit Goraya was indeed the right man in the right place. I must say that I was impressed at his level of optimism in doing the work within a time frame which I imposed upon him. Mr Raj Puri was in the second meeting and as a leader of the team which falls under his responsibility, he also espoused the belief that everything would go according the the plan set. My decision was made and Mr Mohit Goraya was the chosen one and he was immediately put to test.. I was baffled by his observation of my house. Mr Mohit made me believe that real beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder. At the outset, I was very apprehensive at the condition of the house in term that nothing was done by me to enhance its aesthetic beauty. I wanted to give it a fresh coating of paint but Mr Mohit told me not to do so as the house looked nice based on his past experiences . I never write or post any reviews but I really needed to warn people that are looking for realtors to PLEASE avoid IP RAWAL from Save Max Real Estate in the Brampton/ Mississauga area. My husband and I were first time home owners and this guy seemed like he was a great choice but he DOES NOT know anything about the property he's selling you!! AT ALL. He makes so many promises before you purchase and backs out so quickly as the mortgage is done. He works together with the sellers to just hide all the major issues with the property and makes you feel like you're getting a fair deal despite being YOUR realtor. When confronted, he's soo disrespectful and LITERALLY starts yelling at you. Despite having a closing date and promising us the keys to OUR new home on that date, he kept delaying and we got the keys 1 & 1/2 days later which really threw off our plans. NO TRANSPARENCY whatsoever. Completely unprofessional service and this guy's EGO is beyond anyone's I've ever seen. When we questioned him and asked why promises weren't kept he told us he has 20+ year experience and DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM, JUST GOOGLE ME type remarks. Extremely disappointing and overall frustrating experience.

We used Save Max Team Raj to sell our home in in the fall of 2017. Before choosing a real estate agent, my wife and I conducted research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort) and how they promote their listings. The Save Max Real Estate Team stood out due to their strong social media presence, positive feedback from friends who used them recently to sell their homes and the fact that the homes they had for sale within our neighborhood sold relatively quickly and at good prices given the current downturn in the market I spoke with Raj and then my wife and I met with him and Bill at our home. They answered all our questions, providing data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, how the selling process works and provided tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that with the current state of the market we would not be able to sell our home for a fair price but after our meeting we knew, of all the relators we met, that we wanted Raj to sell our home.
