I couldn’t wait to write this review! We had the pleasure to work with Isabel Joson to rent our Condo unit at 50 Absolute Ave. in Mississauga. She was outstanding!.. and we can’t speak highly enough of our experience with her. Before choosing a real estate agent, we did a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling/renting the property (time and effort, customer service, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The Sam McDadi Real Estate Team stood out because of their professional appeal and great advertisement presence in our city, their website was very informative and represents their Realtors very well, their social media presence is very strong as well and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. After reading Isabel Joson Bio on the site, I made up my mind immediately and emailed the company right away asking for Isabel’s help. Isabel contacted me right after and we arranged to meet at my Condo unit. When she came, she spent all the time necessary answering my questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell/rent, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our Condo, which is fully furnished and was set up to cater a very niche market of renters was going to be a difficult task for her. Isabel took the challenge without hesitation, and even confidently assured me that she would have it rented in no time. She made the process incredibly easy, took extra steps many other Realtors don't with rental units (but should), like having professional photographs taken, sending us comparable listings, market research and a lot more. When we saw our listing, it looked so professional that we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to rent a home/condo really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. She screened a few prospects and the moment she found the right person, she contacted us and the deal was done!.. It was that easy. The unit was rented in no time as she had promised!.. The Condo unit rented for the full advertised price. We can’t thank her enough for finding us the right person, (just the kind of tenant we were looking for) Isabel (who is also incredibly friendly, helpful and an amazing human being) walked us through every step of the closing process without any complications. Our tenant just moved in this past weekend. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. Just wanted to let everyone know about the excellent service we received from Ash of Sam McDadi Real Estate! Our house was on the market for around two weeks with Ash before being sold for over asking. Since the beginning of our meeting, Ash has always been available (and patient) to answer the numerous questions we had about the selling process. He went out of his way on multiple occasions to come to our home in order to deliver documents. Ash was always on schedule but at the same time flexible enough to adjust his plans according to our needs. Although we initially started with Sam we were quickly pushed off to his staff. We were selling a investment property right next door to our home, so we were a little more careful who we were going to sell to as these people would be our neighbours. Throughout the process we had an interested buyer who we just did not like and made it very clear that this was not the person we were going to sell to. To make a long story short, Sams team changed the name on the offer so that we wouldn't know it was the same person. We accepted the offer and when we found out it was too late to do anything as it would have to involve lawyers. Needless to say this was a terrible experience and the only upside is he rents it out. He does no maintenance and is letting the property fall apart which has caused several of the neighbours to question me about who we sold to. I guess to some people it is more important about the dollars than the morals.

I usually don’t write reviews but I just had to do one today. This is probably the most remarkable thing that has happened to me buying or selling property. I had my home listed with another local agent. It was on the market for 60 days with zero action or any real feedback. Seeing that I’m in advertising and marketing, I tried to reach out to my old agent with some ideas but they were not really welcomed. Anyways, my listing came to an end and figured I would take the home off the market for a couple months and then re-list. I was always a little sceptical about going to a bigger agent like Sam McDadi. I figured this guy was dealing with homes in the million dollar range, so maybe he’s not an agent for me. Boy was I wrong!. I don’t know what it was, but I decided to call his office a couple days after my listing expired with my other agent. Sam’s assistant set up a viewing for him to come see my place the following day. When he arrived I kind of made a joke “What are you on Millionaire dollar listing?”. This was because he showed up with a personal assistant who was driving. Sam comes into my home and instantly starts talking like he’s some old high school friend of mine (which was great). He takes a look at my place and tells me all the positives about it. We discussed a few things that I thought the other agent didn’t do, or what I thought should have been done. At that point he tells me that he thinks my place is a beauty and probably a 10/10 score. I know it nice to hear, but I still give it a chuckle. Sam continues to tell me that he could sell it in an hour. He was wrong… It took him an hour and a half!. Seriously…An hour and a half. He called some buyers he knew that were looking for a place just like mine. They dropped everything and came right over. An hour and half later, SOLD!. SOLD!!!!!… I couldn’t even believe what was happening. When the reality set in, I figured it out. The guy has a very big network, and people trust him for a reason. This all comes down to the way you are, and how you present yourself. He truly is one of the best agents I’ve worked with, and as of now probably the only guy I’ll ever deal with. Remarkable is the word that should be used here. Top Notch…Call him!

The market being the way it is currently, there were definitely times that it was easy to feel disgruntled as units were selling so quickly.
