Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The Asif Shahzad Real Estate Team stood out as the best GTA has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily) and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. I bought a house with another realtor and he gave me hard time to handle Mortgage, then someone refer me to him. We spoke with Asif and then met with him at Milton office. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was located pretty far from downtown and in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell. Asif made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. After met with him, according to his experience and follow up I handle my mortgage easily without pay him anything. I went back to Asif after a year for close my house, he still remember my case, name and how many houses I have. I assist me to close another house very smooth and without any hassle. A few things I would highlight about him. 1. He is loyal, professional and experience person, in some aspect more than lawyer. 2. He would tell you ground reality not fishy dreams or lips service. 3. He stay with you, until game not done. 4. He would relax you during whole buying or selling procedure and would say his favorite words (Sit Tight). 5. No drama, No politics, Not greedy at all (He charged me less than other realtor ask) 6. He would offer you a cup of coffee (LOL). I've recommended the Asif Shahzad Real Estate Team to everyone I know. He's a true professional, loyal, excellent customer service and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell or buy your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor. You need a realtor who care about you not his commission that him.
