In this day and age I don't get why people would pay relators 2.5% to sell their home when you've got Minmaxx charging 1% and offering the same or better services then some of the other guys. Thats what attracted us to the brokerage but we were overwhelmed by Omer's professionalism and experience. We never expected to get a top notch agent at a discount rate. He ended up selling our home in what seemed like a few hours for 13k over asking - which turned out to be a record - highest price a townhome sold for in Milton. Then was able to find us a new home in about a week and negotiated a lower price saving us close to 35k. Omer is incredibly accessable - working with us on our schedule and booking viewings at a moments notice. He's a great guy! If you are selling or looking to buy in Milton then call Minmaxx! My experience with Minmaxx Realty far exceeded my expectations. At every phase of the sale proceedings Minmaxx and its highly professional team of realtors pleasantly surprised me with their methodical approach towards the sale of my property. Initially, I was assisted in determining the right listing price for my property. For this purpose a thorough market research (for relevant properties and past sales) was conducted and shared with me. At no point did I feel rushed or pushed into setting a sale price which did not reflect the market value. I was treated with focused attention and all my queries were addressed patiently. As a result of this almost scientific approach my property listing attracted multiple offers. I would say, this is the phase where Minmaxx really excelled as those offers were shared with me through a very transparent process and every step of the way Mr. Omer Malik stood by me to push the prospective buyers to their absolute limit. So much so that all the serious buyers or their reps were invited to a one on one bidding process which lasted a few hours and Mr. Malik stayed with me well into to the night trying his best to squeeze every dollar out of this sale for me. Now I can see why Omer is called 'Record of Broker'. I strongly recommend potential sellers to work with Omer of Minmaxx. As the first time home seller, it had been a headache to decide who I have to work with. However, selling home was very easy with Omer. Just listen to what Omer says and follow it. That's what i did and I sold my home in 2 days with no conditions and over asking price. I met a couple of realtors before Omer and here are evidences why you should choose Minmaxx. 1. Evaluation Omer's home evaluation was higher $30,000 than those of other realtors. As a result, my home was sold $40,000 higher than exactly same model which was sold one month earlier than mine. 2. Cost Saving. Commission 1% including MLS listing, consulting from a stage specialist, a realty photographer, etc. Omer doesn't push sellers spend lots of money in staging. He tries to maximize the staging effect by using your current household furniture and artwork. 3. Good Marketing Ability It was first MLS list day. It was 9:30 AM. My phone started ringing every 10 minute. First day, I got 12 visitors, Second day I got 15 visitors. No visitors next day because my home was sold in second day night. Minmaxx is a lean mean home selling machine. Our salesperson Omer Malik was great and got our house sold in under 48 hours. The same evening we met and signed on with Omer, we got a stager in the house to give us the rundown. My husband and I had the wonderful pleasure in experiencing what it was like to work with the Minmaxx Realty team. We have been looking for a home for three years and we knew what we wanted and had specific wants and needs and was looking in a specific pocket in Milton. So getting a real estate agent would of been hopeless till we saw what we wanted. Wow! I've had the worst experience ever. I walked into their office and the first thing I notice is that it smells like someone had defecated there. When I covered my nose, the receptionist (middle age lady) got offended and started being extremely rude. I asked if I can speak to a realtor as I am interested in purchasing a property but she kept making a face. I told them that I will return when their office smells better and people are nicer. I contacted Minmaxx (Omer Malik) to rent my condo; even though we discussed not renting the condo to people with pets and no jobs; Omer recommended renting it out to the applicants who approached him. He was just rushing to close the deal and did not care about its consequences. I ended up renting my condo to a lady based on Omer's recommendation who did not had a job. This lady ended up breaking the lease prematurely and also damaged the condo. I hired Omer because of his experience and knowledge but he completely failed me. I would not recommend hiring Omer or Minmaxx for your real estate needs.

We recently sold our house and bought another house with the help of Azim and the amazing team at Minmaxx in Milton, and I wish I could give more than 5 stars. It continues to be a great experience dealing with them. From the time we first contacted them to the time our house was sold after receiving multiple offers well over asking, it was just a matter of a few days. Everyone from the stager to the photographer was very professional, prompt and helpful. First and foremost, i would like to mention that i am pretty skeptical person. Saying this, i was obviously skeptical in regards to Min Maxx's 1% commission. Questions i would ask myself daily leading up to my decision in selecting a realtor would be "whats the catch", "do they really provide all the services they promise", "how do they afford/make money" , etc... Let me tell you, their ratings on google DO NOT lie. OMER MALIK is a true professional, and absolutely amazing at his job. When i first met Omer, i knew immediately I wanted him to represent my family and myself. I signed with him on thursday, and by friday my home was photographed, youtube, and MLS accessible on multiple real estate boards, and already had multiple potential clients walk through my home, all through constant communication with the admin staff and Omer himself. Saturday and sunday were the days for the open house, and out of curiosity, i had to pass by the home to see what the "catch" would be. Maybe they didnt post a sufficient amount of signs? advertise my home well for open house? I was pleasantly wrong. There were 8 tall banner flags around my subdivision, and main roads, attracting potentials from all angles. Not to mention the 12 regular signs around the area. At the end of the open house there were over 25 groups that walked through my house. All together, there were over 40 groups walking through. Last night, (wednesday), we sold our home OVER ASKING, and with 4 offers on the table. Omer proved my instincts were correct in choosing MIN MAXX! His professionalism, and cool as a cucumber demeanor helped calm me down when the pressure built. This is likely the largest investment in someone's life, and i would definitely not hesitate to hire Omer and his team of professionals again. Thank you all for a job well done!

I listed and sold my home with Minmaxx Realty within one week. What I liked best about Minmaxx was that even though they have a lower commission, the service I received was equal to that of a full fee agency. I received support from a home stager and as well a professional photographer. I have seen many full fee agencies that used camera phone pictures to sell their client's home. This was not how I wanted to have my home represented to buyers and was one of the main reasons why I chose Minmaxx. I feel my home was presented in a way that encouraged buyer visits and in fact the first weekend I had over 30 visits (not including the open house). Overall it was a very easy and straightforward experience and I would definitely use Minmaxx in the future.
