UPDATE: The response from the owner is a blatant LIE. I challenged them, NO RESPONSE! Guess, they want their Google rating! Sad state of affairs! Would have given them a ZERO if possible. Thank you! I used to be an agent at KW Mississauga & resigned in Sep 2016, due to their lack of ethics and mistreatment of admin staff by management. I reported the franchisee and the Broker of Record to the head office, KW Realty Inc. in Austin, Texas. I understand from Real Estate Teams who were lured by KW Mississauga, left soon after due to broken promises. I do not recommend KWREA.

She'll treat you horribly whenever questions are asked regarding bids & ignore potential clients based on their age, gender, and race. I'd highly avoid engaging with this Real Estate Agent & Keller Williams in general.

The guy says the office is closed and I have no idea why you were given this time Spoke with 3 more people outside the office that had similar experience. Big offices in at least 2 of the 3 buildings there. As it was my first time there, not sure whether they just moved in or just finishing renovation. There has no signs except a "KW" so if you didn't pay attention like me, you would have miss this place just like me as I missed the entrance once when I was looking for this place the first time around.

I tried to get information on zoning for a property. With no luck from the real estate agent. I finally got a hold of the zoning department for the municipality myself. To be told that the property was zoned improperly in the ad and it indeed would have suited my needs. Unfortunately the property sold before this information was given so not only did I miss out on the property but the sellers also missed out on making more then They did as I would have put an offer in for well over asking to secure the property. Would be really nice if the real estate agent and his assistant would’ve put in some effort. I just wish that I could let the sellers know of this as they are the ones that really lost out on money here.
