There are not enough words to share how amazing working with Stephanie was. Stephanie is definitely on a different level when it comes to real estate.. Stephanie is strategic, her attention to detail is not just a talent but a true gift to her clients. This applies to setting up, listing, and negotiating. She provided us great value even before listing by helping us negotiate with contractors that we hired and helped us understand where our attention should be when listing so we could maximize our time. She was also very responsive when we had questions during the entire process and followed up with us regularly to make sure we were okay. She gave us a very good and thoroughly researched comparative analysis and time lines to make sure we captured the momentum of the market. Her listing price was right on! The rest is above and beyond, truly on another level. Steph helped with staging, negotiating with contractors (ones I hired), getting pictures, organizing a pre-inspection (priceless on my end), and helping to sort out kinks to get the listing up and running. She was confident and decisive which was reassuring. She even watered our plants to make sure they showed nicely during listing, and came in regularly to refresh the fresh flowers. Steph is an amazing negotiator who is tactful, intelligent and thoughtful with her clients as well as with other realtors. She truly is a gem and I feel so lucky to have found her. I highly recommend her!

Anyone who says selling a property is stressful, hasn't worked with Stephanie Howell of the Remax Howell Team. Selling my father's house last year wasn't the first, second or even third time we've collaborated with Stephanie. Each time has been a professional yet fun experience, resulting in total success. My father was so impressed with the video and brochures she produced that he joked the house looked so good, he wanted to buy it! The first time I contacted Stephanie about the sale she gave us a plethora of data, including the MLS activity and listings in the area and an MPAC and title report on the property. Soon after, she came to the house and we signed the contract. We cleared out the house and the "Coming Soon" sign went up, followed shortly by the "For Sale" sign and exactly one week later we reviewed the multiple offers that had come in and signed a deal for a considerable amount over the asking price. Along the way, Stephanie paid close attention to the smallest details, including safeguarding 5 chandeliers I wanted to keep but hadn't yet taken from the house. I had a question that occurred to me one Saturday evening and she responded to my text within an hour. From the first property to this one, Stephanie has kept in touch with videos at holidays and just general e-mails asking how we were. Along with her extensive knowledge and expertise, goes a wonderful sense of humour, encouraging manner and a positivity that is completely engaging. Whenever she says she is going to do something, it is done in the time stated. I can honestly say that I never had a moment of stress during the whole process. She took care of it all and kept us informed every step of the way. I would never hesitate to recommend Stephanie and I know any potential client will consider themselves very lucky to have her on their team.
