Hi All, Disclaimer This is not paid review and whatever feedback you see is coming straight from the heart for this real estate firm Cityview Realty Inc. I landed in Canada about 45 days ago and didn’t have too many contacts to understand ground reality about renting a place and didn’t imagine this will be even tougher than climbing Everest. I saw many rental apartments through different set of brokers and owners everyone would ask for credit check or 6 months deposit to prove your credibility even though they knew I was new in country. I didn’t knew even rental flats have bidding wars and everyone wanted to maximize their rent with this strategy.
