Since I owe this gentleman more than a feedback, I will highlight the BEST parts of my THREE buy/sell deals with Ameil: 1) Buying a house during a bid war season: Ameil made me buy a house even my offer wasn’t the highest. Isn’t that impossible? But the guy is gifted with a charisma which made my offer looks the best value rather than the highest $$$ 2) Selling a house: My case was selling the house while keeping me in the same house as a tenant. So when I called Ameil and in 2 days he found me an investor who bought the house and kept me as a tenant.
