Telling me I have a verbal acceptance on an offer once I waive inspection clause. After spending most of my day driving and viewing this property I removed the inspection clause. Later that day was contacted by Jonathan and told that because of my interest in the property there were now multiple registered offers and the seller wasn’t going to take my offer anymore. Thank goodness for JONATHAN WALLACE. I will preface this GLOWING review with the fact that I have never bought or sold a house before. But I can say that Jonathan made the whole process fairly easy and definitely painless. (Moving is never easy-Lol). I interviewed a couple of Realtor's who had been recommended to me, but I chose Jonathan because of one particular statement he made, and I believed he meant it ... He said "I am here to solve any problems you encounter, in ways that work for you. I work for you." ... and that is exactly what he did. I needed help fixing up the property, getting things hauled away, understanding the market and pricing strategies. He helped with all that. He was in constant touch (not in a bugging way), but cheered me on and supported me and offered solutions when I got stuck. He was patient, extremely patient, as I felt my way thru determining what I really needed in a home and helped me narrow the search. And I can tell you, he was a trouper to deal with a number of my emotional meltdowns as I worked thru the processing of the situation I was in. And finally, he has kept in touch (now 2 months after I moved into my new home) to make sure things have worked out. I could not imagine anyone giving more to their job that that. I called Team Jordan as I was looking to sell a property. At the time I called three different Real Estate companies in the area. Team Jordan was the first to call back (same day). The agent was Ryan Allary, in speaking to him over the phone and in person, I was confident that he was the right agent for me. He was very attentive to what I wanted to get out of the house, he took note of all the upgrades that had been done and while we walked thru the house pointed out all the extras and how he would market the house – he had already formulated how he was going to sell this house. In dealing with other agents from other Real Estate companies, I was not reassured that they had the confidence that they could sell the house and ensure I would be getting what I wanted, when they walked thru the house they just asked for me to provide a list of upgrades, they seemed to provide a generic sales format on how they would sell the house, they were not sure the house would sell for what I wanted and that it would be a hard to sell. Ryan was able to provide me with a customized sales format. He walked me thru from beginning to end. His confidence, enthusiasm and expertise sold the house in less than a week. The follow-up during and after the sale of the house was more than I had expected. I would certainly use Ryan and Team Jordan again – to buy or sell. To say this brokerage is a disappointment is an understatement. Poor communication from realtors Jordan and Ryan - take the poor reviews into consideration when dealing with them. Management tried to what I would assume was trying to apologize but if anything was offensive and rude. I regret trying to offer on one of their properties with misleading information and will be reporting to RECO. Not only was the property sold the day prior, mislead with what we were told was a good offer. The property then i guess had the deal fall through. No communication for 30 hours on the offer and being told there would be a signback. The property was receiving multiple offers and we were not given a chance to raise ours due to the realtor not getting back to us. The property was then sold and again it was not communicated to us since two days ago, thankfully HouseSigma is updated fast that we were made aware. As writing this the agent still hasn’t told us it is sold. I would stay as far away as possible with dealing with them on a buyers stand point.
