Completely untrustworthy like a wolf in sheep's clothing. Do not use these agents because you will be taken advantage of . They made my life a living hell by misrepresentation of a house purchase I made. I hired a lawyer to stop the deal from going through and lost over 45,000 of my money because of thier lies. They did not disclose the fact that the property I purchased was not winterized and there was no title. They refused to cancel the deal, so I hired a lawyer because they were nefarious in the transaction. Be extra cautious and aware. Especially the agent who was being deceptive and dishonest.
