She provided great advice, but also listened incredibly well and consistently made sure we had what we needed, whether it was confirmation on something, anything extra she could do as we neared the closing date, or even the small but kind gesture of a coffee. Her recommendations for other people to help during the process were also fantastic. She worked overtime to make sure things worked out when necessary, kept us in the loop on a regular basis, and followed up on everything. In my opinion, every time she is buying a house for a client, she os buying this house for her self. We met Laura and we got our fantastic house in one month or less.
