Best realtor I could have asked for. Always answered his phone and fit in showings asap when I found a property I was interested in. I looked at over 70 places before I found something that was right for me and Michael never stopped putting in all his efforts to book multiple showings on short notice to fit my schedule. He knows what to look for in a house (whether its got good bones, electricals, grading etc.) which really helped us as we were first time home buyers. He has a ton of connections and can get you the help you need when it comes time to purchase a home. The thing that we really liked about Michael is how fast he responds to our text messages. Time is money and he definitely respects your time! We bought our house in Nov 2021 and with this crazy sellers market right now, most realtors would push their buyers to make crazy bids just to have a win, but we never felt that with Michael! He let us decide what we were comfortable with even if he knew the house we were interested in was going to go above our offer. He was never pushy at making a higher offer or taking conditions out to make our offer "better" and we really appreciated that! We have referred Michael to my brother and they were really happy with him as well! 10000000% would recommend Michael to our friends and family!!!
