I was looking to move out of my childhood home, into a place of my own. When I was looking for a realtor I wanted someone who was honest, knowledgeable about real estate and the market, and clear with their communication. This is exactly what in found with Nicole. Our first meeting was via zoom and she answered all my questions before I even asked them. When we started looking for houses, she was easy to get in contact with and worked quickly to set up showings. If there was a conflict with her schedule and mine she worked to have her associates show the property, to ensure I was still able to view the home. I was looking in a “sellers market” so we had to move quickly to have a hope purchasing a home. She was upfront and honest about any issues she noticed with the home we were viewing. Nicole pointed out water damage, any structural concerns she saw or anything I may have overlooked in the listing. For example, we viewed a home that appeared to have a nice large lot. What wasn’t clear was the seller had actually subdivided the lot and if i was to purchase I would have a neighbour very close. I was not interested in that at all! We ended up finding the perfect house for me and dog, at a price that I was comfortable with. Nicole walked me through every part of the process, as I had no experience in the real estate market, in a clear and respectful way! I was SO pleased with my experience buying a home with Nicole, I never felt rushed or pushed towards a home that I wasn’t overly interested in. I strongly recommend Nicole and her team, they made a very stressful process very easy and smooth!

Very disappointed, the video was poorly done, repeated use of incredible, annoying! Nicole did not look professional at all. Very few showings in a "hot" market. Will not recommend, will not use for sale of my home!
