Our realtor who has also posted a review here (towards the bottom) did minimal work for us. His communication was vague at best and we always felt he wasn’t being honest with us. If I would have had the time I would have let my contract expire and move on. We still get anxiety thinking back to our experience with this agency.

they don’t take mental health seriously and constantly ignore repairs that need to be made with their rental properties. even when it’s clear you need support for your mental health they will stop at nothing to make the process rough and almost unbearable. they don’t keep their rentals up to date and don’t keep the walls looking nice. yes the rental prices are cheap but they constantly discriminate if it means they get to save a quick buck. wouldn’t recommend.
