I probably met the worst realtor ever! her name is Jennifer Smith. While an open house I asked her if I can write an inspection clause in the offer. she said "You will not get the house and the owners will not even look at your offer". On the phone I asked her If I can know the amount of previous insurance claims. She said "I really don't care if you guys write an offer!". She did not had any knowledge of the house while showing us the house. She is way too rude to be in a customer focused industry.
