Dino Stepic is your realtor of choice, as far as the sale of my house goes we went $76,400 over asking. Keep in mind it was a super beautiful home and I put a lot of work into it, but it was a dream come true to see that at the end of the sale! Also noted I picked up a piece of rural land, keep in mind I wasn't too educated on the real estate process and at times I thought I wasn't going to get the land I wanted Dino had 20 solutions for every barrier we encountered and I ended up getting the land I absolutely wanted. We bought a home from a realtor working for 3% Realty Solutions. We had an incident with the sellers BREACHING the contract and taking something that was supposed to be included with the home sale. I don't know if the contract was well-explained to the sellers or they're just plain dumb. 3%'s realtor connected with our real estate agent to meet up and give back what was taken at a certain time. 3%'s realtor came by an hour earlier, I guess to avoid confrontation with our real estate agent. Our real estate agent also got hold of 3%'s realty's broker and they were quite rude as per our agent. Both parties could have avoided all this stress and interaction with alla these people (as we are under a pandemic) if the sellers were aware and knowledgable about the details of the contract. (the realtor should have done her best explaining and going through the details of this legal matter).
