Here is my experience: intrusion or home invasion, lack of respect, insistence, lack of emotional intelligence, but above all she presented herself under false motives by hiding her intentions, to enter my home, without an appointment, without a call. In this case, I strongly question the dubious methods of Remax. At the beginning, I had no enthusiasm for real estate agents and this time, I am convinced to stay away from this profession considering the values and the method of solicitation advocated by this company. Greetings! (Original) 10 janvier 2022 : Une agente de Remax de Granby, une madame Sanchez, se présente comme une acheteure potentiel et entre à l'intérieur de ma maison, à vendre par Du Proprio. Voici mon expérience : intrusion voir invasion à domicile, manque de respect, insistance, absence d'intelligence émotionnelle, mais surtout elle s'est présentée sous de faux motifs en cachant ses intentions, pour entrer chez moi, sans rdv, sans appel. En l'occurence, je questionne fortement les méthodes douteuses de Remax. Je n'avais à la base, aucun engouement pour les agents d'immeuble et cette fois, je suis convaincue de me tenir loin de cette profession considérant les valeurs et la méthode de sollicitation prônée par cette compagnie.
