A great place either for short term vacations or long term residency on fully equiped condos with all services included. Located about 2.5kms from Magog downtown, 150 mts from plage des cantons, on the 112 Route/rue principale (magog's main road). I have been living here since April 2018 and friends have rented condos for days, weeks, months and in our case up to one year. It is a very quiet enviroment that allows you to get around Memohremagog region as located strategically in between magog and mont orford national park. Just 30 minutes drive from Sherbrooke, and 1.5 hrs from Montreal city.

I stayed condo number 125.Its very nice and a very classic looking one sorrounded with other condos and woods.If you love some classic looking condo rather than a very modern one , this is the condo for you.Everything is included ( Furniture and cooking equipments etc).Very near to main road.Can take a walk to baie de magog.Everyone is very nice over there.Owner is very kind.Very calm environment.Im highly recommending this one.Enjoy...
