I would give them 0 if I could. We tried contacting multiple agents about a property we wanted to put an offer on. Some took a week, some didn't return our messages. We ended up missing out on the property. Wished we went to another company sooner than we did. I would not deal with this company at all. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Just shows that they don't care for their customers.

It's not up to date the real estate agents responsible for the listing need to update their properties..there are way to many properties on this site that have been sold for years its hard to find a property that hasn't been sold when everything is sold months and years ago

We found our realtor John Watson through the Viewpoint site. He treated us as if they were his only clients even though his phone was lighting up constantly. He took the time to listen attentively, understand our needs and answer our questions to make sure we found a house to make a home. John was also very flexible and relaxed. During this crazy market he took us out to see as many homes as we needed in the timeline we required. He kept us feeling positive about our ability to find what we needed. John was very understanding , helpful and patient. He made us feel comfortable and treated us like long time friends. When looking through homes John looked enthusiastically through each house with us and helped us to see how our family would function in it. Being new to Nova Scotia it was important for us to be able to ask a million questions and learn about the area.He quickly got to know our needs and wants for a home and neighbourhood. He helped us to narrow down to find what areas of Nova Scotia would best suit our family. We were all over the map and he always found time. There were multiple homes we wanted to bid on and John ensured our offers were desirable to sellers without going out of our comfort zone. John has a clear focus, calm demeanor, sense of humour and a strong work ethic which together provided us comfort and security while moving across the country in such a tumultuous market. We are beyond happy with the house, land and location of our new home.

Very poor experience, since covid cashiers bark ppl around to stand and stay with very little manners. This has happened twice already. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth especially when I'm paying over $500 a basket you think they could learn basic respect.

Discovered the viewpoint website by suggestion of a friend when looking to buy Nova Scotia property from Ontario. It’s an incredible tool and once you use it, it’s hard to accept the less than competitors. Absolutely love the map view. In Ontario we cannot view the past sales history or tax details of property within the current real estate websites available. This site saved us a lot of time buying from “away” and it helped us identify deal breakers unseen by regular realtor.ca details. Absolutely love it!
