I have nothing but the best to say about the service I was provided. I wanted to save some money and I reached out to PG guys. I needed ASAP to list my home and sell it as we put conditional offer. Next day I had Shannon coming out and doing measuring and discussing price and strategy that they felt it was best fit in order to sell quick. Next day I had photographer coming out and doing amazing pictures. House was live on property guys in 3 days. I took whole package where Shannon was negotiating and doing showings on our behalf. I momentarily had offers and she was responding to them promptly, professionally and on time, she was always available. We were lucky and house got third offer in 9 hours after being posted on PG website. Offer was way above asking price. Shannon guided me every step of the time throughout that process. House was sold before it hit MLS, and it was on MLS in 7 days I think. Shannon was my buying agent, and we actually got the house in this crazy market for under asking price, so win win, plus I got 1% back and her service costed me after I got my check around $1,500 , yes $1,500 !!! Comparing 4% and I got amazing service! Nothing but the best, Shannon is great what she does!

I had a fairly good experience with selling my house and I had an excellent experience with my purchase through PG. It sold very fast during the Covid market. It was a bit unnerving to do my own negotiates with the buyers, but that was what I signed up for. It was worth the savings. In retrospect, I listed a little low, but I can't blame PG for not knowing that the housing market was going to explode. It sold fast and reasonably well. My purchase was excellent. I had to bid over the asking price, but I got an excellent home and excellent deal by following the advice of PG. Plus, I got their rebate on top of that. I hope I never have to sell my home again, but if I had no choice, then I would go back to PG.

Shannon looked after everything and the house sold within a few days ( hassle free). We sold two properties using property guys and had a fabulous experience on both. We saved tens of thousands of dollars as an alternative to using a realtor and our homes were listed with viewpoint which is where most of the market activity is happening in Nova Scotia. I would highly recommend using the service especially if you are experienced or inexperienced they can accommodate and help guide you through the process in a very friendly manner.

I sold two houses with Property Guys, I had a great experience and saved buckets of $$. Their advice was evidence-based and I was able to price my house so it was competitive with others in my neighbourhood. Although there's probably less buyer traffic than if it's listed with an established agent, I would prefer fewer showings from serious buyers, which is another reason I keep going back to Property Guys.

We had our home listed with Property Guys earlier this year. After some upgrades to the home we are about to have it listed with an agent and the difference in the experience has been so worth the money. I can see why we should have listed with the realtor in the first place now that we're working with one. I was disappointed with the online systems and the lack of guidance provided from Property Guys - but at the end of the day $1400 doesn't buy you guidance, just a listing on MLS - and if you're trying to sell that's just not enough. I wasted $1400 just to realize having a realtor is worth the investment. When I removed our listing with them and expressed some dissatisfaction they emailed back and said "We have had buyers actually call in and complain about your listing this spring/summer because you told them you were not allowing showings." I was a little taken back since that was not the case at all. Because our house was listed during COVID, we offered virtual showings, and if someone was really interested, then they could come through using caution (which we did allow people to do.) We have small children so we weren't willing to risk having a ton pf traffic through the house at the height of the pandemic. Also, we ended up having to replace our septic field at the end of the summer, and the property was a complete construction zone, and it made it really difficult to showings with social distancing since work crews were here, which is why we eventually decided to take it off the market until the project was finished. We did communicate all of this in our listing and to Property Guys, and I thought that how they responded was pretty tactless and worded in an unnecessary and accusatory manner. I recommend anyone considering Property Guys to just save themselves the trouble and pay the 5% for a realtor - it's worth it to hire an actual professional. I would not recommend Property Guys for what it costs.

After a fantastic experience selling a property with Property Guys a few years ago, I enlisted them again this year to purchase a new one. Shannon and her team are professional, knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with. They take the time to listen to you, they work with you to find exactly what you're looking for and are always fast to respond to questions. I've had bad experiences with real estate agents in the past. Property Guys just makes the whole process better, less stressful and has saved me money! I definitely will only work with them on future real estate ventures. Can't recommend them enough.

I had to buy and sell a house during the crazy covid market, and honestly Shannon was my right hand woman through it all. The sale of our property was pretty seamless, Shannon was able to help with every aspect of the sale; including having a great photographer come to the house and take great photos, she set me up with someone to stage the house for showings, and recommended a lawyer to use for the sale. The information packet that PG provided us with was great, they did all the research about how the market was doing in the neighbourhood and helped us choose a fair listing price. As for buying a new property, I knew I wanted to stick with Shannon. I took her to a lot of properties, and I always felt like I was her only client. She was just as happy as I was when I finally purchased a new home!
