I'm telling you she has saved us a lot of money in stuff that we were gonna do and invest in parts of the house we should. She took the time to visit each home we like and give us the good, the bad and possibly the ugly. She took a video and showed us everything about the house inside and out! When it came time for our inspection she allowed one of our friends to go and she video chatted with us after to go over everything the inspector noticed and thought maybe an issue. When we finally got an accepted offer she was great at setting up all the inspections and recommended a great lawyer which came in handy later. She was able to make sure everyone was pre-registered with BGRS so there was very little work on our end. When we had no end of issues with the seller on closing day she was like an angry bulldog getting the closing done on time and to our satisfaction.

I would like to recommend Kelly for anyone looking for a relatable and knowledgeable realtor. We were a non typical set of buyers who were moving back to Halifax from the United States with a three hour time difference and a VARIETY of a want/need list. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted. Somehow in 7 hours after 16 homes (or more) we found our perfect home. Kelly was patient, understanding and very empathic. Witty and laid back when needed. On top of finding what we needed, we enjoyed our experience so much. Whether you're buying or selling, I believe you couldnt go wrong working with Kelly.
