I had an excellent experience working with Kristopher Snarby at Exit Realty Inter Lake. The market is pretty heated at the moment, and I was trying to purchase my first home in the area and being based in Toronto, I had to rely on Kristopher's expertise and advice. He was very professional and was quick to point out any areas that would need repair and a rough idea of what those repairs might cost. I know he was incredibly busy during my home search, but he was quick to respond to any questions or request for showings. I would highly recommend listing or buying a home with Kristopher Snarby and Exit Realty. I am glad to report I was successful in my purchase and can't say enough about my positive experience.
