I have recently moved to Nova Scotia from the west coast and I knew very little about the area. Eric was a great help in pointing out the wonderful things Lunenburg County has to offer, all while knowing exactly what it was I was looking for and needing, after having spent only a short amount of time together. I was only available to view houses for 2 days. Once all was said and done, sale was finalized, i arrived to take possession of the house, and then a once in a million situation occurred affecting the closing of the sale. I didn't know what to do next, but Eric stepped in immediately and clarified things for me and guided me through the process, as well as communicated with my lawyers until the situation was resolved one month later. I am grateful for his help and knowledge and would recommend his services to anyone who is searching for their next home! Thanks Eric!
