We met Chris during casual condo hunting in the Spring of 2011. We were looking at a condo building that has three listings so we called all three listing agents…Chris was the only agent to return our call. He showed us all available condos in the building. He knew the building very well because he had sold several units there already. We quickly zeroed in on the condo that we wanted and soon thereafter we purchased our unit. We also hired Chris to sell our current home which he did in only a few weeks. He was professional, knowledgeable, articulate and friendly - easy to work with. We were a team throughout both transactions. The two closings took place without incident. Chris has the ability to read the housing market and price your home in a competitive range - the correct range. Same experience is demonstrated for when we purchased our condo. Flash forward to 2020 and after 9 years in our condo and experiencing a seller’s market, we decided it was time to consider selling our condo. We called Chris and he came over to our condo with some MLS sales stats and good local market information. We quickly decided to work with Chris again. Within 4 working days, our condo was listed on MLS. Chris created a 20 min video tour of our building and unit, complete with narration. By watching the video, buyers were well informed with on our building and the condo; thereby, expediting the sales process. Four days later we had two showings and both buyers made offers. Within six days of listing, we negotiated an accepted offer and it firmed-up seven days later! All this to say, Chris is the best at what he does and I wish him luck in all future endeavours. Never say never - if we decide to buy again, Chris will be our agent.

I had nothing prepared and with his property managing skills and experience, he was able to help me make it happen within a very short period of time.
