I’ll start by simply stating: Mark is fantastic. I’m a Realtor myself, out of Province, and he just helped me find and close an investment property. Needless to say, since I do this for a living I’m VERY picky. I know what I want, like, what to ask etc and Mark was there for every question, every change of search criteria and even loaned me some items to do a few repairs after closing. It’s hard to find someone who listens and he DOES. He’s honest, knowledgable and reliable and I have and will continue to send him anyone who wants an amazing Realtor on their side!

The property listed by Nick Boyce located on 58 Bowman Road in Windsor NS.As many agents if they are professional they will advise seller of checking all possible issues before they put property on the market. It doesn't mean because market is very hot you will avoid telling the truth about property you represent. I found that absolutely unprofessional.

Highly disappointed with our first time home buying experience with this whole sales team, but more specifically, with Jennifer Allen. The team was highly unprofessional. Took our complaints to NS Real Estate commission, and they handled the disciplinary actions required for real estate trading act violations in this circumstance. Would not recommend.
