I wish I could give Ann 1000000 stars. She was an absolute blessing to work with. I was a first time home buyer last September, I had tried out 2 other agents and they kept letting me down and not taking me seriously (maybe because Im am young?). I never even met Ann in person, and she got me my dream house! Everything she did she did remote. She unfortunately was off due to medical reasons and yet she still worked so hard! She went above and beyond, I was so impressed with the care she showed. Making calls for me, getting me the best bottom line. I time and time again will recommend her to anyone buying a home. I am so thankful! You must call her, she truly was amazing, and sooooo responsive! I never imaged so much dedication from a realtor.

I'd cannot recommend Ann highly enough. I bought a property in Nova Scotia while outside the province. I had no idea of how to go about it. Ann went above and beyond to help me through the process and make sure it went as smoothly as possible for me. The property was inexpensive but the way Ann treated me made me feel like I was buying a million dollar property, her integrity is off the charts. I seriously cannot image how anyone could be a better realtor than Ann. I feel blessed that she was my realtor.
