I had Robert and Kathy Fish manage my rental property for several years until it was sold. I can’t recommend them highly enough they handled everything including advertising , screening tenants, property checks and hiring services for me if necessary. Payments were never late and I was confident that should any problem arise they would handle it promptly and professionally. I have and will continue to recommend their services ****Excellent****

After speaking with them and viewing a few of their properties, I'm beyond confident they are the right company for me. I purchased a rental property a year ago, and everything seemed to be going so well. Then, I had the tennants from hell. Couldn't get them out of the house no matter how hard I tried and they pretty much ran the house into the ground. After that I decided I was not going to deal with it anymore and contacted Robert at A-1 Property Management Services. They’ve really turned my rental property around and now I have an amazing tennant and a higher rental income, which is deposited to my bank on time.

The lowest rating possible. Started off great and became a total nightmare. Little or no property checks were made, tenants burnt their garbage close to our cottage all winter. We had to find out all the bad things from other people. Eviction notice was given and the property manager told me he would not be there for final inspection. Luckily they were able to be there but out right lied about the condition of the cottage and property. I would not recommend these folks. Your lack of work ethic was the cause of several issues. I received an email stating that no one would be there for the final inspection, that was not acceptable after everything you told me about out tenants. You originally told me you would not send us the damage deposit. You waived fees because you failed to collect rent. You say there were no issues to the property but I have over 25 pictures showing a different story and lastly as you say the eviction was smooth, this is far from what you told me over the phone. Our place was left unlocked, windows open heaters turn up to maximum, damage inside and a truck load of garbage left. You did terminate our contract as you were about to be fired. KF, not sure what the type of road or dwelling size has to do with anything. These reports didn't come from" friends" but from two separate contractors there to conduct work as scheduled by you. The only time a friend was involved was after eviction to change the locks and provide an ACURATE picture of our property. We are still waiting for a final condition report from you.
