I was fortunate to have Samuel Labrecque as my real estate agent to help me find a pied-à-terre in Quebec city during the pandemic when I was not able to visit the city in person. Samuel made this possible for me, and I am very appreciative of his service. Samuel is very easy to communicate with in English and in French, he provided me with excellent resources in Quebec city, and he went above and beyond his duty by assisting me in selecting contractors for upgrades for the condominium and the delivery of major appliances. Further, Samuel worked directly with my homeowners association for the condominium in order to coordinate the work of the contractors within the regulations of the association!
