(Original) Très décu, après 20 minutes d'arriver, une armoir me tombe sur le tête, le fan au plafon manque des vis et penché sur le côté, les fenêtres etaient ouverte donc on ferme la première et le locket nous reste dans les mains, la deuxième ne ferme pas. Très décu nous nous rendons à l'accueil espérant qu'ils allait nous changer de chalet, tout est prit. La réceptionniste nous envoie le gérant à notre chalet (#21). Il est très arrogant et dit que pour 180$ c'est ce à quoi ont doit s'attendre.
