I have so many good things to say about Tanya it is hard to figure out where to start! Right out of the gate, Tanya blew her competition away. We interviewed a good handful of realtors in the area, and we pretty much knew immediately after our visit that she was going to be our choice to help us sell our home! You can tell that she actually genuinely enjoys working in real estate and her excitement and positive attitude are incredibly contagious haha. Her résumé was full of experience, and (as we are a military family) the fact that she is a military spouse and has actually worked for BGRS soothed a lot of anxiety for us and gave us a lot of good insight! Further, I was really impressed with how she communicated information: her knowledge and experience was at your fingertips and she never made you feel like you were out of the driver's seat! It was like suddenly being shoved into a ridiculously fast manual car for the first time that you HAD to drive to your new location... but rather than screaming the whole way and trying to figure out how to hold onto the steering wheel for dear life AND somehow pull unfamiliar levers and push weird pedals at the same time (or just straight up stalling completely and not going anywhere haha), Tanya was the experienced instructor/mechanic in the passenger seat with all the awesome snacks, maps, good music, and tools on hand so that you not only had confidence and felt safe on your trip, you also got to your destination and had a fun time doing it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Some little details I noticed that I really appreciated and I think spoke volumes about Tanya were: ⭐ She actually took the time to introduce herself to us when she came for the initial visit. Considering how many realtors we had talked to and how chaotic of a time it was (we were in the middle of renos!) it was a very nice refresher and didn't assume we already knew all about her from looking her up online. She also left a blurb about herself and her résumé with us which was also very helpful with aforementioned chaos, and even though we didn't need to refer back to it with her, its something I would have appreciated from the others rather than trying to remember all the details of who did what or compiling those notes myself. It was a really nice, fresh start! ⭐ She took the extra effort to explain and show numbers in two different ways as not everyone understands things the same way! This definitely illustrated to me how much thought she puts into her clients and it was such a fantastic display of inclusiveness that I really felt she had our best interests in mind! ⭐ As a graphic designer myself, I was very aware of how she presented herself and I really appreciated the extra effort she put into her presentation and tied it all together. Showed me again she is detail oriented but also has a very good eye for the whole picture. All in all, I cannot recommend Tanya enough. I literally don't have a single bad or mediocre thing to say about her. If it was possible to somehow pack her in our luggage and take her with us to buy/sell all our future properties, we would!

Tanya had the foresight to take pictures of our house in the fall to highlight our landscaping because we were posting our house during the winter and it would affect our listing price.
