After just having closed my property with Jennifer as my agent, I can't say enough wonderful things about her! It was a contentious listing but she handled it with grace. She used her years of experience to sell a hard to sell property with many obstacles in front of her. Her professionalism and ability to "get it done", is why I would recommend her 1000 times over!

She did not follow direction She did not work for our benefit She interfered in our personal lives She took advantage of a delicate situation She bold faced lied to me She is only interested in her commission She advocated for the immoral eviction of innocent people from thier home She ignored the consumer rights of 83 families. All under the idea she "was trying to do what was right for everyone". Took the story of a diagonsed mentally unstable person and believed it to be true, The only one that benefitted was her. If we could give Jennifer more than 5 stars we would. We recently purchased a home with her help and we were on a time crunch. Jennifer responded very quickly, was very knowledgable and answered all questions and concerns promptly and professionally. She arranged viewings promptly and really made us feel like we were her top priority even though we knew she was very busy! We viewed several houses that were completely different from one another and she quickly picked up on what we wanted (even though we didn't really know ourselves!) and brought other houses to the table. When it came time to present an offer (ours wasn't the only one being presented) Jennifer went out of her way to present our offer in person and personalize us to the seller.
