My wife and I were talking about selling our townhouse. Mike had been highly recommended to us, so I gave him a call and we set up a time for him to come over and talk about the house. First impressions: very easy to talk to, honest, and extremely knowledgeable about the market. Mike helped us sell our townhouse without any problem, and we could not have been any happier with how smooth and stress free it was for us. He went above and beyond with showings and open houses, and was always very helpful, punctual, and honest. Would I recommend Mike Cook? Definitely. Thanks again Mike.

I accidentally happened upon Mike Cook and his gorgeous face one day on our saddest of days. Our townhouse had leaked yet again, and in a bout of frustration I took to the internet to solve my problem! WE ARE MOVING. I thought I am sick of this place and it's bull$hit. I came upon a great website that needed me to enter my phone number to look at all of the homes, I did so and a mere few minutes later Mike had given me a call. I told him about our leak problem and how we needed to get out asap and he made an appointment with my partner and I right away. We were supposed to have a 20 minute meeting that turned into 2 hours of laughter. Mike was there for us at every turn, every question we had was answered, every need was met. Honestly the best guy to take us through this journey, so helpful and knowledgable, and almost like a new best friend. He really made the whole thing so comfortable for us steered us away from wrong decisions and helped us find the best place possible. We love love love our new home and couldn't have found it without Mike Cook!! If there was a 10 star rating I'd honestly give it to him as well. But what I can give him is 13/10 on looks and charm. And I'm super gay so that says a hell of a lot! (Not here trying to break up families) seriously just get this guy to sell your house you'll never regret it.

Whether you're looking for a relator or a new BFF, Mike Cook is your guy. We first met Mike coincidentally at a open house that spiked our interest. We had been looking to upsize out of our condo and looking into a house for quite sometime... the stars truly aligned when meeting Mike. Not your typical relator at all. Professional, yes. Pushy... not in the least bit (although, I'm now convinced he saves his reserves for smooth talking his way into a "full capacity" house showing or befriending the selling real estate agent). BFF material, definitely! Ever since day one, Mike has always had our best interest! The housing market is currently a war zone, and Mike went to battle every day... all while having the biggest smile on his face! After months of showings upon showings (and trust me when I say, we were not easy to please clients.. we certainly put him to work), Offers being made, yet not selected, and crazy housing market inflation, Mike was there to cheer us up with a coffee date and always had insightful words of encouragement. We were also probably the most "bi-polar" clients he has ever had to work for and he didn't let this faze him for a second. Always up for the task of building up weekly portfolios of listings that met our ever changing requirements. Personally taking us on 8 hour long weekend housing tours, and always picking up the phone or responding to a text message inquiry we had... we knew we could always rely on Mike! Mike is full of knowledge, having previously been in construction. This knowledge certainly came in handy when (amongst one of our ever changing list of requirements) we were looking at possibly buying an older, run down house to flip. Right away when talking to Mike, you will notice how diverse he is in all aspects of real estate as well as construction, zoning/ developments, and even will be honest with you when he knows something is over priced and wouldn't make a great investment. His honesty and loyalty to his clients is invaluable and what I know is the foundation to his long lasting relationships with his clients. Mike made miracles happen when we finally did manage to purchase our dream home. Representing us, while we had prior commitments and couldn't be present during pre sale release, Mike pulled all the stops using his prince charming smile to secure our dream corner unit townhome that already had the interest of multiple people. This would never have happened without Mikes resilience and commitment to making us happy. Best of all... he genuinely was so excited for us. Making sure he was present while we dropped off our instalment payment, and insisting on tagging along with us while we did multiple walk throughs of the show home to gain inspiration, and even taking us out for dinner to celebrate, he was and continues to be ecstatic for us and our new purchase. Just like a best friend should! We certainly will be keeping in touch with Mike and will look no further when needing a realtor again in the future!

Mike Cook is like a rock star among... Well realtors. After dealing with multiple realtors in the past, I can honestly say Mike is a game changer and he is not just the best smile in real estate. From our first "20minute" meeting, that ended after 2hours of laughter and discussion we could tell Mike was the right guy. And he did not disappoint, he put in double sometimes triple the hours at our open houses then any other realtor in the neighborhood. Took us to countless showings and was so patient and knowledgeable. He actually enjoys reading strata documents and reports which steered him to encourage me out of potential bad investments and helped me find a sound well kept/managed property. And this guy writes some pretty epic contracts, saving thousands of dollars. He's honest, charismatic, straight forward, hard working, hilarious and a pleasure to work with.... Not to mention he is super handsome. Seriously, we can not wait to work with Mike and his Stonehaus team again...

I can not recommend Mike as an agent more ! before we met Mike our last agent wasn't able to sell our house in 6 months . We decided to look for a different agent we felt our previous one just wasn't working urgent or hard enough for us . I met Mike at a showing i set up myself . He was night and DAY from our last agent . First thing i noticed was how fast he responds. We did not end up buying the house we met him at but we new we wanted him as our agent. It was amazing how he got us into any property we wanted to see most of the time that same day !! . He sold our home in 5 days , and helped us find our new one even taking $1000 off his commission in order to make it work !
