Sooo... My wife and I have worked with 6 different realtors, and every time, we've been sorely disappointed. Some didn't know, some didn't care, and some were just there looking for the easy deals they wouldn't have to work for. Cory took us on knowing that we weren't gonna be easy, we were looking for our forever home, and he wasn't gonna get another sale out of us in 5 years. Cory was patient and took us to at least 20 different places. He walked us through multiple offers, and even gave us advice that was against his own interests - like advising us not to overbid in a multiples situation. 25 houses in, we got our forever/dream house. tl;dr - we hate realtors but we love Cory
