David Foxwell an agent of this company was screaming and yelling at my agent about us , and we heard it ALL on the cars speaker phone , the worst behavior I have ever seen EVER !. I phoned the Office manager to complain and NO reply . So I am writing a letter to Re max headquarters , The board , and anyone else who I send my written complaint to .

I give these guys zero stars my daughter listed with these people months ago after high pressure tactics and manipulation at a very vulnerable time in her life after the death of her husband she regretted her decision immediately,but given the circumstances'at the time didnt feel strong enough to tell them no,she has since on numerous occasions asked for a unconditional release and the have denied her up until a few days ago when I posted negative reviews about their business tactics, Keith setter agreed to it immediately after my negative review,however he has since not returned any of her phone calls,these people are more concerned about commission rather any humanitarian values ZERO STARS IN MY BOOKS!!!!

My husband and I had Keith Setter and Pam Stadnick sell our Langley home as we were moving to Kamloops. We had been in the house for 43 years so it was a very big decision for us. Keith and Pam made the whole exercise easy. From the very beginning we felt so comfortable putting our future in their hands. They were very professional, explained the process very clearly and got the outcome we were hoping for. The house sold in under a month for our asking price. They walked us through every step of the transaction which was so much appreciated. Keith even recommended a realtor in Kamloops who helped us find a new home in two days. terrible reception!!! I did walk in the other day, front desk lady picked the phone while we spoke until the call finished. obviously phone call is more important than us. today I call to find my agent, when I found out I called the wrong number, I said I will double check and call back, she is like "PLEASE!!!!", obviously inpatient and the tone is saying how dump I am. the whole call only last 30seconds. u know what? forget about agent, forget about ur office, I will use other service.

Im not too sure if the same owner runs it, but some of the staff/real estate agents here were awful when I was younger (a trainee at the front desk at the time was very sweet). Im in my mid twenties and looking to buy a house but will never use anyone at this location. When I was 12 years old, I was looking for cancer donations as my school got all the kids to try to collect donations. Came here with my friend and we were yelled and screamed at to get out. And that they did not want solicitors around. At the time, because I was really young (my friend included) we didn't know what a solicitor was. I've never forgotten this and had to share it.

I have previously bought and sold a few homes through different Real Estate Agents back in Ontario and here in BC., none of which can compare to the level of service I received from Caileigh. She came to my home and listened to what I had to say, so refreshing. Once we agreed to our pricing she was there with a professional photographer and had our place up and listed within a few days. Next she started an aggressive schedule of open houses and private showings. I was so pleased, my last agents, I had to beg for open houses. All the while, she was also out there searching for our new home and when we found that, she was there for us and helped in our negotiations of purchase. Cailiegh sold our home within a few months and as stated assisted us with the purchase of the new one, including directing us to an excellent Mortgage Broker.
