Monish is a genuine Care Bear. I had read the Google Reviews and I knew he was going to be good but he exceeded my expectations, going far and beyond the call of duty. The first thing that happens when you meet him is that you will develop an immediate rapport. You somehow get the feeling that you have known him for a long time. He is not the least bit pretentious and has a great sense of humour. He immediately puts you at ease and listens very carefully to what your needs and expectations are. Got a question for him? Mr.Rapid Response does not go missing in action. He is there for you. He is the ultimate professional in demeanor and the implementation of his marketing strategy. I now have a real estate agent for life and I will bet the farm that you will have found yours, too.
