Jennifer was my realtor back in 2009, she was a rookie then and I think I may have been one of her first clients. At the time my mom and I were looking for a home that we could move into together so that I could look after her after my dad passed. We walked into an open house and met Jennifer by chance and after talking with her we both instantly liked her. I don't know what it was, but from that point on we stopped working with the realtor we had been working with and went with Jen. She ended up selling both our apartments and found us an awesome house in Mission. Jenifer looked after us so well and never gave up helping us, we looked at a lot of houses and one day literally stumbled onto the house we ended up buying. Over all the years since purchasing this house, Jennifer always kept in touch sending out birthday and Christmas cards, she always felt more like a friend. Now 11 years later my mom has passed away and this house is too big for one person, so I called Jennifer and started looking for a downsize. With in a short period of time working together we found the perfect house for me even with a global pandemic! Jennifer was not satisfied with the asking price of the new house and even though the seller's realtor said nobody got anything off the price, she got in touch with the seller and managed to save me 10K! When it came time to sell my current house, she gave me instruction on how to get my house ready to sell and I followed her instructions. The house listed and within 24 hrs my house sold above asking! I know that can't always be the case for every house to be sold, but she really knows her stuff and she will really go to bat for you. I know it's hard to get a recommendation from people but I have friends that say they have a good realtor already and that may be true, but in my books Jennifer is truly a jewel and I can't imagine having a bad experience with her. If you don't have a realtor or you aren't happy with the one you have, I would not hesitate to recommend Jennifer, I have not regretted a single minute, she will always be MY realtor.
