The buying and selling process can be stressful and emotional at times especially during the offering process, so we really appreciated that Francis was able to keep a level head through it all! He was knowledgeable and informative about the housing market and you could tell that he really did his research prior to suggesting the price that we should list our townhome as well as the price that we should offer on any homes we were thinking of buying. He had great comparables which helped us to feel confident in any decision we made.
