Something else that was also very helpful were the connections Dave has established in his career as he was able to refer us to competent professionals for the other tasks we had to get done along the way (a mortgage broker, inspector, lawyer, mover, etc) which was really helpful to us as we are not from the area and didn’t have much connections in these areas. Overall, our experience with Dave was better than we could have imagined and he will be the first person we contact in the future for buying or selling property.
