MISLEADING and UNPROFESSIONAL! Just had a terrible experience where Mr Corbin misrepresented a listing in order to bait in buyers just to change the listing HOURS before final offers were to be submitted. Initially had written rental income to be at 5500 per month - got lots of interest and created a bidding war, only to UPDATE the listing to show the rental income actually being only $4200. Must have had a miscommunication with the owner of the home.. who funny enough - is a realtor as well! This is the exact reason lower mainlanders have such dis-trust towards realtors in the first place. if you are thinking about a new realtor ask yourself if you want to be represented by someone with such little integrity.

When I sold my first place with Corbin & Co what set him apart from many realtors was his knowledge with the current market trends, he dose extensive area research before Listing my unit, which made me feel confident he was able to get top dollar for my place. After the first meeting he had my place listed cleaned and staged with in the first week, not to mention how blown I was with the quality of the staging also marketing he put into my place. Earlier this year I had to deal with the unfortunate loss of my mom. Corbin helped me basically climb a mountain top I didn't know I was able to do and if I was unable to climb it he did it for me. We also purchased our new property In Langley using Corbin. All three were effortless for us. Keep in mind all three were done during the Covid19 pandemic!!
